Anyone else notice that Forever 21 has really stepped up their game? I'd love to send em a fruit basket and a bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice (I am merely a cheap/poor bastard/student, after all)for firing their old designers and keeping their prices affordable. Bravo.
